As an Inside Sales Rep II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets for Honeywell. Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities
Identify Opportunities: Recognize and pinpoint sales opportunities within existing and potential accounts
Generate qualified leads: Consistently generate qualified leads that convert to sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding outreach and pipeline targets
Articulate and Deliver Value Proposition: Clearly communicate the value of our products or solutions through self-driven online meetings and virtual demos, tailored to the customer's needs.
Maintain accurate CRM records: Providing regular updates and accuracy on prospecting and outbound activity including insights from customers and prospects.
Establish Rapport with Customers: Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
Provide feedback: Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity and prospect insights
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales development, inside sales, demand generation or customer-facing role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Experience prospecting, cold calling and outbound lead generation is required
A self-starter: You have the discipline and drive to create your own pipeline generation.
Familiar with CRM and sales tools: Understands CRM systems such as Salesforce, Outreach and ZoomInfo
Strong written and verbal skills: The ability to build rapport quickly with prospects
Capability to influence stakeholders: Communicate and influence at various levels within the organization

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
