UL, LLC Admin/Site Manager in Philippines
Serve as Manila Site Leader and Business Partner / Ambassador, ensuring compliance with business licenses, certifications, and local regulations.
Work with the Regional Leader to develop, integrate, coordinate and implement operational plans, strategies, policies, practices, and procedures to facilitate UL Solutions’ presence and growth in Philippines.
Partner with local and senior leadership to drive strategic site initiatives, foster collaboration, and maintain a positive company culture. Lead and develop site teams, managing resources, costs, and performance to achieve business objectives. Play an active role in implementing UL values across all COUs/Functions at site.
Manage and control all internal processes/workflows and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations (DOLE regulations, UL Solutions’ Code of Conduct & security practices).
Oversee administrative operations, physical security, and contingent workforce compliance, including contracts and vendor payments.
Maintain and update Business Continuity Plans for employees, contractors, and visitors.
Direct office expansion, relocation, or transformation projects to support growth and operational efficiency.
Drive performance management through goal setting, feedback, and policy compliance.
Perform additional duties as required to support organizational priorities, including potentially representing UL Solutions with select external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative management or site operations leadership.
Strong knowledge of administrative policies, compliance requirements, and local labor regulations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a dynamic environment.
Experience in business continuity planning and risk management.
Familiarity with facilities management, security protocols, and workplace safety standards.
Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives for site operations and employee engagement.
High level of integrity and adherence to corporate governance and ethical standards.
