IHG Spa & Wellness Manager in Oman

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Spa & Wellness Manager to lead our wellness operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving business performance and team engagement.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Oversee the daily operations of the spa, fitness, and wellness facilities
Ensure delivery of high-quality treatments and services aligned with brand standards
Lead, train, and motivate the spa team to achieve service excellence
Develop and implement wellness programs, promotions, and revenue strategies
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with local regulations and IHG policies
Manage guest feedback and ensure prompt resolution of concerns
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
What do we need from you?
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Wellness Management, or related field
Certification in Spa Management, Wellness Therapy, or Fitness (preferred)
Professional certifications in recognized wellness disciplines (e.g., massage therapy, aesthetics, or fitness training) are an advantage
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa or wellness management within a luxury hotel or resort
Proven track record in managing spa operations, revenue generation, and team leadership
Experience within an international hotel brand (preferably IHG or similar) is highly desirable
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent guest service and communication abilities
Business acumen with focus on revenue and profitability
Knowledge of wellness trends, spa treatments, and health programs
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
