IHG Spa Therapist in Oman
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Crowne Plaza Duqm, Oman. As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional spa experiences for our guests, ensuring their relaxation and rejuvenation.
Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, body treatments, tailored to each guest's needs
Consult with guests to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate treatments
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and tranquil spa environment
Educate guests on various treatments
Assist in the preparation of treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is in proper working order
Adhere to spa protocols and safety standards
Maintain accurate treatment records for repeat guests
Collaborate with the spa team to enhance guest satisfaction and achieve spa goals
Qualifications
Diploma or certification in beauty therapy, massage therapy, or a related field
Previous experience as a spa therapist in a hospitality setting
Proficiency in various massage techniques and body treatments
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the benefits of different spa treatments
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic, and supportive demeanor
Ability to customize treatments to meet individual guest needs
Good time management skills and attention to detail
Physical stamina to perform treatments throughout the day
Familiarity with spa products and their applications
CPR and First Aid certification (not mandatory)
Knowledge of contraindications for various spa treatments
Fluency in English
