Your day to day:

• 對音訊和視頻設備、電話交換機、CCTV、有線電視、消防設備和所有弱電相關的工作和活動提供相關的專業支援和維修保養

• 負責對各種類型的電子設備，如，功放、麥克風、揚聲器、錄音和錄影機及所有其他弱電設備和設施提供維修和相關服務

• 對音訊和視頻面板和設備進行修理和維護

• 需要時在宴會廳/會議室和客房安裝音訊和視頻設備

• 需要時進行音訊、視頻和電視設備的操作

• 處理酒店範圍內的各類維修和保養工作，包括酒店的新增和延伸設施或由酒店提供維修保養的任何其他物業。

• 參加酒店節能計畫

• 在沒有當班工程師/總工程師指導的情況下，主動並預見性地實施預防性維修計畫中規定的任務

• 負責各類設備的檢修和相關服務，如，洗衣設備、廚房設備、加熱設備、通風和空調設備、包括發動機、泵、風扇、水處理裝置、汙水處理裝置和發電機、電燈和供電、CCTV、電話、電視、消防、生命與安全設備和系統

• 完成由酒店各部門提出的工作定單，滿足客人要求

• 必要時或在上級的指導下與酒店客人和外部承包商溝通和合作

• 必要時與其他部門溝通和合作，為宴會、促銷活動和節慶活動提供額外或專門的服務

What we need from you:

• 一年或以上相關酒店工程技工工作經驗

• 具備專業畢業或接受過職業培訓加上2年電氣相關的工作經驗，擁有1年酒店工作經驗者優先，或擁有同等的教育和經歷。

• 具備有效的電工牌照或相關專業資格證書優先

• 具備良好溝通能力
