The Role
In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving AI initiatives that transform business operations and deliver tangible value. In your first six months, you will make a significant mark by refining AI tools, ensuring their alignment with business goals, and enabling effective decision-making through data-driven insights. What You'll Own
Deliver measurable outcomes by analysing data and creating reports that inform business decisions and demonstrate the value of AI solutions.
Take ownership of AI prompt and agent lifecycle management: create, update, validate, and deploy prompt solutions using no-code platforms to achieve defined business objectives.
Lead the capturing and refinement of requirements for new and ongoing AI product initiatives, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Service Owners, and Delivery Managers.
Actively participate in programme ceremonies (such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and refinement sessions), supporting best-in-class product management practices.
Foster collaboration in a cross-functional, innovative team environment to accelerate AI adoption and capability building.
About You
You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, honed through two to four years of experience in business analysis, AI, or data-driven product environments. Whether it’s collaborating across teams or raising the performance bar, you thrive in fast-paced, innovative settings. You are adept at translating business requirements into actionable AI solutions, and you operate with curiosity, agility, and a results-oriented mindset.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience (2–4 years) in product development, AI, or data analytics roles.
Proficiency with no-code automation/AI platforms is an advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive in adopting new technologies and methodologies.
