Pool Attendant
Are you attentive, friendly, and committed to guest comfort and safety? We are looking for a Pool Attendant who will support smooth pool operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting guests, and ensuring a pleasant and well-organized poolside experience.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Assisting guests at the pool area with towels, loungers, and general inquiries.
Ensuring the pool deck, changing rooms, and surrounding areas are clean, tidy, and well maintained.
Setting up and organizing pool furniture, umbrellas, and equipment.
Monitoring pool usage and supporting lifeguards in maintaining safety standards.
Enforcing pool rules politely and reporting any safety concerns.
Collecting and distributing towels and maintaining towel inventory.
Reporting maintenance issues, accidents, or incidents promptly.
Providing friendly, professional service to enhance the guest experience.
Coordinating with Health Club, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams as required.
What we need from you:
Previous experience as a Pool Attendant, Recreation Attendant, or similar role is an advantage.
Friendly, service-oriented personality with a professional attitude.
Physically fit and able to work outdoors and stand for extended periods.
Good communication skills in English ; Arabic language will be an advantage .
Basic knowledge of pool safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work in a guest-facing, fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
