Key Responsibilities
Customer Training & Onboarding:
Conduct on-site and remote training for laboratory personnel on Hologic In Vitro diagnostic portfolio.
Guide customers through assay setup, result interpretation, and instrument maintenance.
Workflow Optimization:
Evaluate laboratory workflow and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness using Hologic systems.
Support integration into LIS and other laboratory systems
Technical Support:
Collaborate with Field Service Engineers to resolve customer issues.
Provide application-level troubleshooting for instruments, assay, and software-related challenges.
Clinical & Scientific Support:
Communicate relevant clinical data and provide insights on Hologic’s diagnostic products.
Act as a resource for scientific queries and participate in scientific discussions with clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to communicate customer feedback and support product development.
-Support product demonstrations, evaluations, and trade shows as needed.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure training and documentation comply with regulatory standards.
Maintain up-to-date records of training, customer interactions, and service requests.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, or Medical Laboratory Science
Minimum 6 years of laboratory experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%).
