Job Description
Support various customer service-related tasks from customers and sales representatives.
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries received via the web, phone, email, and mail.
Provide feedback and share information on customer requests and inquiries with relevant departments (sales representatives, business divisions, etc.).
Work in a hybrid work environment that accommodates both office and online work.
Role
Provide appropriate support to customers who purchase and use our products through contract work, surveys, and the sales negotiation process. Also, collaborate with the Order Management department to smoothly facilitate the process from order receipt to delivery, working with customers and sales representatives. Through this series of activities, you will achieve customer satisfaction and success, leading the way in customer success.
Examples of Support
Customer (account) terms and conditions
Conclusion of sales contracts, memorandum of understanding, etc.
Various approval applications (new company registration, company name changes, payment terms, discount rates, academic applications, etc.)
Requests for company credit checks
Business Negotiations
Processing purchase orders, order confirmations, sales contracts (goods supply contracts), work orders, etc.
Supporting EDI systems for business partners
Preparing bidding documents
Responding to customer survey requests
BCP, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activity surveys, etc.
Deal registration from partners
Supporting customer inquiries
Core skills & competencies
Ability to use basic office IT tools, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to communicate with customers
Ability to properly comply with various compliance requirements, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information
Preferred skills & competencies
Experience in sales administration and customer support
Ability to read and communicate in English
Passion for teamwork and a strong desire to learn
Ambitious and flexible
Basic knowledge of electrical
