Customer Service Engineer

Primary responsibilities –

• Conduct calibration/repair on Tektronix, Keithley and Munti Vender installments

• Manage calibration/repair service task in the application and track the progress

• Correspond to customer’s technical inquiry regarding related to services for services in progress for confirmed order

• Communicate with customer as service engineer over the phone or by e-mail

• Support Sales/Customer Service Representative in terms of technical aspects for closing the deals

• Communicate with outsourcing institutions and manage engineering item, delivery schedule

• Calculate estimated cost for service of On-Demand calibration/repair

• Prioritize service job for achieving sales target

• Conduct Daily Management on service job

• Visit customer site and conduct calibration/repair on-site task

Qualifications-

• Minimum 1 years’ experience of Test & Measurement technical services

• Adequate knowledge of service engineering application, ERP and office applications such as MS Word, Excel or PowerPoint

• Fast and accurate capability of MS office applications

• Be familiar with service management software

• Communication skill with other employees and customer

• Ability and willingness to travel domestically over 50% of the time is required

• Ability to take action for improving current environment with own initiative

• Make the message swiftly and precisely to correspond to customer’s message

• Basic Electrical and Electric knowledge

Preferred-

• Basic knowledge of English, reading/writing (Listening/Speaking not required)

• Programming skill
