Greenway Health Product Architect in India
Greenway Health is seeking a hands-on Software Architect for our RCM division, who is a self-starter with a passion to solve challenging and complex problems. The candidate will work with both Product Management and Engineering/Development organization in designing highly scalable, cloud solutions in an agile environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborating with various stakeholders & business owners
Gathering early functional and non-functional requirements.
Choosing a technology stack.
Effective collaboration with leadership team in defining & prioritizing roadmaps, Estimating & planning of large projects.
Planning, Estimation & adherence to schedule & scope
Delivering a high-level architectural design.
Creating & presenting proof of concepts & prototypes
Address potential risks and constraints.
Provide detailed architectural blueprints.
Prove solution’s viability.
Setting quality & security standards.
Change management.
Development team mentoring.
Technical debt ownership & further architecture specification
Testing and deployment supervision.
Production support.
Release management.
Drive organizational goals, KPIs & Net Promoter Scores.
Client communication
Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Master’s preferred.
Having Cloud Architect Certification is added advantage.
Overall experience – 13+ years, Minimum of 5 years of professional hands-on experience as a Software lead and/or Product Architect.
Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, DSC, Puppet, Chef, Salt, etc. CI/CD Tools viz. Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, NPM, Yarn, Nuget, NodeJS, Git/Gerri
Experience with relational, graph and/or unstructured data technologies such as SQL Server, RDS Aurora, MongoDB, MySQL, DynamoDB
Experience working in full life cycle of architecture projects i.e., discovery, design, development, and implementation.
Experienced in both Monolithic and Microservices architecture
Experienced in the design and delivery of enterprise level Highly Available solutions
Experience in Agile methodology and relational database design principles
Experience in Healthcare and Healthcare IT Industry is critical and is preferred.
Experience with patient facing applications and systems and protecting patient information in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) is strongly preferred.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Advanced diagraming techniques including but not limited to C4 Diagrams, UML, high level conceptual presentation diagrams.
Fluent and current on architecture trends with an eye on market/technical conditions and future direction
Familiarity with software delivery platforms, such as Version 1, Microsoft’s Team Foundation Server (TFS), and Apache’s Subversion
Proficiency in relevant build, deployment, automation, networking and security technologies in cloud and hybrid environments.
Knowledge of Operational and Monitoring tools
Knowledge of PowerShell, Git, ARM templates and deployment automation.
A good understanding of product and product-data security skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Single Page Application experience using technologies like Angular
Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members.
Familiarity with The Clean Architecture and 12 Factor App concepts
Design Thinking and ability to establish and practice empathy is preferred.
Deep knowledge of C#,.NET Framework, .net Core
Deep knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
SQL Databases: MS-SQL, MySQL, Postgres & NoSQL database
Work Environment/Physical Demands
This position is for US Process and works for overlapped US time zone (EST)
This a remote job at present and base location is Bangalore. When asked employee should be able to come to office. Since it is remote working person should have proper internet connection (minimum of 100 mbps)
While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the workday
This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a keyboard the majority of their workday
This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as, in‐coming and out‐going communications via the computer and/ or mobile devices
The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates
