Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Greet guests warmly and assist them in a courteous and professional manner

• Ensure prompt and efficient service at all times

• Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints effectively

• Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere

Operations

• Set up and maintain buffet/restaurant area as per brand standards

• Ensure proper table setting, clearing, and resetting

• Assist in food and beverage service (breakfast, lunch, dinner as applicable)

• Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked

Hygiene & Safety

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP guidelines)

• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and dining areas

• Ensure proper handling and storage of food items

• Comply with health and safety regulations

Teamwork

• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service

• Support team members during peak hours

• Participate in daily briefings and training sessions

Brand Standards

• Adhere to Holiday Inn Express service culture and grooming standards

• Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times

• Ensure consistency in service delivery as per SOPs
