Key responsibilities:
Analysis & sampling of Packing & Raw Material.
To prepare material rejection note and its distribution to the concerned departments.
Analysis of Rinse Water and other in process testing.
Preparation of volumetric solution and general reagents.
Environment monitoring of Wet Lab.
Overall upkeep of respective working bench as well as of the section/maintaining of GLPs GDPs.
Overall compliance of all related SOPs.
Online documentation and filling of specification.
To investigate and coordinate with the immediate superior/section head for any out of specification (OOS) and lab Incidences.
Analysis of samples of other sections and calibration of instruments as and when required based on departmental needs.
Raw material Control sample management.
Travel Estimate
