The Credit & Collections Team evaluates customers' financial credibility and provides input on potential revenue risks. They initiate appropriate collection and resolution activities to ensure timely payments and maximize cash flow.

As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Managing communication with internal stakeholders/external customers to instill a sense of urgency for resolution/payment
Identifying of delinquent accounts and initiation of appropriate collection/resolution activities
Collaborating with other internal functions to drive resolution of the issues
Initiating of the Dunning and/or Service Suspension procedures
Escalating accordingly to management when necessary
Minimizing Unapplied Cash & Credit Memos through effective communication with customers
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree & possess 3-5 years of experience in B2B Collections
Possess excellent knowledge of accounting principles
Demonstrate solid professional experience in Collections / AR roles
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Display knowledge of Mircosoft Excel, Oracle, Salesforce and be able to present analysis clearly
Display an ethical approach, show integrity, personal drive and be able to uphold Akamai values
