WESCO Architect - Development in India

Wesco is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer specifically for the Microsoft Dynamic CRM application. You will be responsible for executing, driving, and owning assignments through all stages of the development lifecycle to completion. You will function as a technical expert regarding the implementation of customizations made to our instance of CRM. You will be expected to complete work assignments and propose solutions to business problems. You will be required to know the foundational components of Microsoft CRM OOTB, as well as stay informed of upcoming changes in each wave release. You'll apply your expertise in web development best practices to ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front-end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Implement custom functionality in Microsoft CRM including Plugins, Workflows, API Integrations, and Dataverse

  • Integrate CRM with other services and applications.

  • Extend capability of CRM through creation of new entities, forms, work flows and reports

  • Produce quality code in keeping with best practice methods, keeping security and performance in mind.

  • Keep up to date with all Microsoft changes regarding CRM and Dynamic 365

  • Package and merge your changes into solutions.

  • Work with Git for source control.

  • Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions and test scenarios, needed to confirm new functionality meets business requirements, security, and quality standards.

  • Proactively evaluate work requested and being performed to ensure efforts are aligned with expected project and best practice approach.

  • Communicate clearly with the team to achieve a full understanding of effort needed.

  • Communicate with QA and UAT teams providing guidance on how to test new features.

  • Participate in all Agile ceremonies.

  • Participate in solution design & deployment activities.

  • Participate in code reviews.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience with software development,

  • 7 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM with prime focus on Dynamic 365 Channels and Entities

  • 7 years of experience building model-driven Apps and Power Automate flows

  • 7 years of experience with implementing business workflows and processes

  • 7 years of experience with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365

  • 7 years of experience with Data and Dataverse entity modeling

  • 5 years of experience in developing efficient Client-side scripting using JQuery, Plug-In, Workflows, Custom Business Processes and a fair level of knowledge in developing http://ASP.NET applications, SSRS and SSIS Packages.

  • 5 years of experience in experience with programming or scripting languages, including JSON and JavaScript

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications.

  • Experience with JavaScript.

  • Ability to dive into a complex and heavily customized version of CRM in order to find root causes of various issues.

  • Excellent communications skills.
