We’re seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented International Payroll Specialist to join our Global Finance Payroll Team. This is a remote opportunity offering scope for personal and professional growth in a dynamic, multi-country payroll environment. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing payroll operations across several regions.
Your Day to Day
As an International Payroll Specialist, you would be working on
Asisting in the end-to-end payroll processing for Hungary and other assigned countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Liaising with in-country payroll providers (ICPs), gather input data, review outputs, and prepare payrolls for approval.
Contributing to payroll process improvements and participate in global payroll projects.
Maintaining accurate payroll records and reporting in a structured and organized manner.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in payroll within an international or multi-country environment.
Proficient in Hungarian payroll , other international payroll experience an advantage.
Strong command of spoken English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Self-motivated and disciplined, especially in a remote working environment.
