Job Title: Advanced Specialist, Finance Business Partner
Description: This role is often referred to as Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner externally. In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior business leaders across Southeast Asia and Hong Kong, helping shape financial decisions through insight-led reporting, forecasting, and analysis. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to influence regional strategy, improve financial processes through digital innovation, and operate at the heart of a complex, multi-market environment.

The Role
As an Advanced Specialist, Finance Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to the business, supporting regional performance through strong financial governance and forward-looking analysis. Your work will directly influence budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making across SEA and Hong Kong.
You’ll establish strong partnerships with regional stakeholders, streamline reporting processes using digital tools, and bring clarity to complex financial results. What You’ll Own
Located in HK, lead regional financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for SEA and Hong Kong, reporting to Finance Director (often referred to externally)located in HK, delivering insights that support business decisions.
Review monthly financial results and partner with Financial Control teams on accruals and special journal entries .
Drive and facilitate regional financial cadence meetings , ensuring alignment across markets.
Review business cases and commercial contracts , providing financial guidance to support deal closure.
Demonstrate the capability to leverage AI and digital tools to simplify complex or manual reporting processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across regions and with global headquarters in the UK.
About You
You bring deep finance expertise and a strong business partnering mindset, combined with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
You have 8-10+ years of relevant finance experience , with exposure to SEA and China markets.
You’re confident working within complex reporting structures and systems , even when manual processes are involved.
You can demonstrate the capability to use AI and digital tools to enhance reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
You communicate with clarity and impact, adapting your style when engaging with stakeholders across regions.
You’re highly organized, able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines , and known for your reliability and follow-through.
Must speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English fluently.
A CPA qualification is required.
