The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Associate Director, Organizational Systems Analysis, to join S&P Global’s People team. In this role, you will help build and deliver data-driven and Tech/AI-enabled people team solutions to our leaders and our people. Particular product focus will be in team effectiveness, upskilling & reskilling, job-redesign, career mapping, training, recognition, and engagement of our people with a skills-based, people forward approach. You will be on the cutting edge of embedding AI-, analytical, and digital delivery of our people capabilities!
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Systems and Analytics
Collaborate with other Workforce Planning & Future of work teams to deliver critical job and work re-design engagements to support business operating model, process re-engineering, and org design plans.
Conduct systems analysis on organizational data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to ‘people workflows’
Partner with HR business partners and leadership to translate business questions into talent strategy frameworks and provide data-driven recommendations
Lead special analytics projects that drive organizational effectiveness and support global business objectives that can be solved with automated systems.
Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing organizational and talent systems and procedures that are cost effective, scalable and meet user requirements.
Internal Consulting Services:
Support internal consulting engagements to People Partners, Finance Partners, and business stakeholders in achieving their people and financial objectives.
Work with Talent, Total Rewards, and other People functions to guide and optimize talent strategy for consulting engagements.
Address specific organizational challenges by supporting tailored solutions and strategic advice in collaboration with people team partners.
Provides support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations based on company systems needs.
Advises business groups by providing technical and strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities.
Data & Analytics Partnership:
Partner with People Data and People Analytics to build data and analytics to guide KPIs and ROI for the organizational effectiveness solutions.
Work with relevant vendor partners to scope and manage execution of roll-out, product enhancement, and integration plans
Collaborate with people data, people technology and AI+ strategists to deliver AI tooling to various people team stakeholder
Work closely with People Analytics team to contribute to reports, dashboards, models, and tools that enhance the usage of workforce and organizational analytics as well as the integration of benchmarks, workforce planning best practices, and alternative data sets
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Psychology, Business, or related field
10+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or business intelligence roles
Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, or similar statistical software
Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar business intelligence tools
Strong understanding of HR metrics, workforce analytics, and people data interpretation
Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Psychology, or related quantitative field
Experience with advanced statistical techniques including predictive modeling, machine learning, or multivariate analysis
Knowledge of HR information systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms
Previous experience in consulting or advisory roles supporting business decision-making through analytics
