About the role
We’re presenting a rare opportunity for a creative, seasoned food & beverage international specialist to step in and lead a successful food & beverage operation at one of the world’s most breathtaking luxury resorts. This position suits a driven, forward-thinking leader who cares deeply about crafting remarkable dining experiences. In this role, you’ll direct all F&B service and kitchen operations—working alongside our Executive Chef, F&B Leads and Mixologist to create incredible experiences, design refined food and beverage menus, uphold the highest standards of quality and hygiene, manage team performance, and keep daily operations running seamlessly. You’ll help shape memorable guest moments across multiple venues, from banquets serving 500 guests to a signature restaurant, two premium bars, a Club InterContinental Lounge, private dining, and in-room dining.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Guiding and supervising the daily responsibilities of a dedicated hospitality team
Overseeing food and beverage equipment, facilities, and inventory to deliver outstanding guest and corporate experiences
Partnering with the Executive Chef, F&B leads and Mixologist to create seasonal menus aligned with evolving luxury hospitality trends and guest expectations
Ensuring food safety, beverage quality, and hygiene standards meet our responsible business commitments
Collaborating closely with finance to establish, track, and fine-tune budgets while driving revenue performance
Juggling oversight of multiple teams, kitchens, and outlets capable of serving up to 600 guests

What we need from you
7+ years of related international experience, including managerial experience, Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field preferred
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card, as required by local law
Impeccable grooming standards and good personal hygiene
Ability to handle large amounts of information at once and deal with various requests simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, including both spoken and written skills, tech savvy.
Physical fitness as you’ll be on your feet most of the day, sometimes you’ll need to help lift furniture
Pacific experience is an advantage but not at all a necessity.
