Job Description:
Job Summary
This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, load planning, and ULD inventory. He/She performs general office duties including word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, completing required trainings, and other duties as assigned. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
Load Planning: load and unload aircraft.
Prepares reports.
Provides intermediate office support knowledge and skills.
Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal and external contacts.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or International equivalent
Intermediate English skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
2+ years' office warehouse support experience - Preferred
Strong analytical and oral/written communication skills
Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
Availability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
Additional details:
Schedule: M - F 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Location: La Caleta, Santo Domingo
