As a Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will support the planning, execution, and ongoing operation of cross-functional initiatives by providing structured analysis, documentation, coordination, and reporting. You will work closely with Strategy & Operations leadership and stakeholders to ensure initiatives progress in alignment with priorities and expectations, to improve visibility, and promote continuous improvement.
As a Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Supporting cross-functional initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining clear documentation
Collaborating across teams and levels, communicating status, risks, and insights clearly and concisely
Developing and maintaining detailed trackers, plans, and reports to support initiative execution and accountability
Analyzing workflows, processes, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support informed decision-making
Interpreting data and qualitative inputs to surface patterns and insights in a structured, actionable manner
Operating within defined scope and priorities, escalating risks or dependencies as needed
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
Have 2 - 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Have experience in a Strategy & Operations, Program Management, Business Analysis, or Consulting role
Possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Demonstrate clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Have the ability to learn quickly, apply feedback, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Have experience using collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace, project tracking tools)
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives while maintaining organization and quality
