What you will be doing:
The Bid Response Specialist/Proposal Assistant executes and delivers on specific tasks related to Public Sector Proposal opportunities supporting the Public Sector Sales organization. This position reports to the Manager, Capture and Bid Response.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates the intake of new opportunities
Runs the daily proposal huddle to coordinate assignments and document status updates
Assists in completing proposals and managing timelines to final submission
Interfaces with relevant teams for review and signature of required documents
Uploads bids to bid posting sites to meet submission deadlines
Lead cross-functional teams to meet client-driven requirements and deadlines
Develop and deliver professional comprehensive quality response documents
Coordinate response teams and all required subject matter experts
Develop response plans that include workflow, tasks, owners, deadlines, etc.
Create best practices, standard content, and repository
Time management and organizational skills in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Demonstrate ability to execute efficiently and effectively
Strong writing skills
Performs other tasks as required to support the Public Sector Capture and Bid Response Team’s initiatives
Requirements:
Post-secondary Diploma or Degree, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in the technology industry
2+ years of demonstrated project coordination experience
2+ years of coordinating cross-functional teams both local and remote
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Office 365 tools
Experience working with SFDC considered an asset
Bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset
