IHG 西式融合餐副厨师长 Fusion Cuisine Sous Chef in China
- 协助厨师长统筹西式融合餐饮厨房的日常运营,包括菜品研发、标准化制定、成本管控及出品质量监督;
- 负责备餐、烹制、摆盘等各环节的现场管理与技术指导,确保出品风格统一、安全合规;
- 带领并培训厨房团队成员,落实食品安全规范、操作流程及卫生管理制度;
配合餐厅运营需求,参与菜单迭代、食材选品及供应商协调工作。
具备3年及以上西餐或西式融合餐饮后厨工作经验,有副厨师长或同等岗位管理经验者优先;
- 熟悉西式烹饪技法、食材特性及融合菜系创新逻辑,具备独立研发与标准化落地能力;
- 持有有效健康证明,掌握食品安全法律法规及餐饮操作规范;
- 具备良好的团队协作意识、抗压能力及跨部门沟通能力;
- 对不同文化背景、性别、年龄、民族等多元群体持尊重与包容态度,无歧视性言行。
