AON Tax & Accounting Officer in China

Job Title : Tax & Accounting Officer

Department: Reinsurance

Location:Shenzhen,China

Responsibilities

Handle the end-to-end Special VAT Invoices collection process, including but not limited to,

  • Tax Amount reconciliation with clients using Aon system data

  • Prepare the VAT tax table and client’s VAT information for VAT Invoices collection

  • Send VAT Invoice request to reinsurers and collect the invoices before the due date

  • VAT Invoice checking and archiving (for those clients who require all VAT invoices to be fully collected before confirmation )

  • Communicate with clients and reinsurers for any tax query raised

  • Advise client and reinsurer on tax (VAT) related issues

  • Liaise with credit control team on workflow

  • Maintain a good tracking record to facilitate the VAT invoices collection

  • Any other accounting and reconciliation tasks assigned by manager

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or business-related disciplines.

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting or Fapiao handling experience in reinsurance/ insurance sector is preferred. Especially familiar with the issuance of electronic VAT invoices and red VAT invoices.

  • Self-motivated, hardworking, a strong sense of responsibility and commitment with positive working attitude

  • Detailed minded, accurate and meticulous

  • Good interpersonal and communication skill

  • Proficiency in MS Excel

  • Good command in written/spoken English and Mandarin

  • Willingness to travel

  • Immediate available is preferred
