AON Tax & Accounting Officer in China
Job Title : Tax & Accounting Officer
Department: Reinsurance
Location:Shenzhen,China
Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end Special VAT Invoices collection process, including but not limited to,
Tax Amount reconciliation with clients using Aon system data
Prepare the VAT tax table and client’s VAT information for VAT Invoices collection
Send VAT Invoice request to reinsurers and collect the invoices before the due date
VAT Invoice checking and archiving (for those clients who require all VAT invoices to be fully collected before confirmation )
Communicate with clients and reinsurers for any tax query raised
Advise client and reinsurer on tax (VAT) related issues
Liaise with credit control team on workflow
Maintain a good tracking record to facilitate the VAT invoices collection
Any other accounting and reconciliation tasks assigned by manager
Requirements
Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or business-related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of accounting or Fapiao handling experience in reinsurance/ insurance sector is preferred. Especially familiar with the issuance of electronic VAT invoices and red VAT invoices.
Self-motivated, hardworking, a strong sense of responsibility and commitment with positive working attitude
Detailed minded, accurate and meticulous
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Proficiency in MS Excel
Good command in written/spoken English and Mandarin
Willingness to travel
Immediate available is preferred
