IHG Restaurant Manager 餐厅经理(风味餐厅) in China

  1. 全面负责风味餐厅的日常运营管理,包括人员排班、服务质量监督、顾客满意度提升及现场突发事件处理;
  2. 制定并执行餐厅月度经营计划,统筹成本控制、库存管理、食品安全与卫生合规工作;
  3. 组织员工培训与团队建设,持续提升服务标准与运营效率,确保符合国家餐饮服务相关法律法规要求;
  4. 协同市场与采购部门开展本地化营销活动及供应链优化,推动营收目标达成;
  5. 准确记录并定期提交经营数据报表,配合公司完成各项审计与合规检查。

  6. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理、工商管理等相关专业优先;

  7. 具备3年以上中高端风味餐厅或连锁餐饮品牌门店管理经验,有独立全盘运营经历者优先;
  8. 熟悉《食品安全法》《餐饮服务食品安全操作规范》等法规,持有有效健康证明及食品安全管理人员培训合格证书;
  9. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队领导力及抗压能力,能适应弹性工作时间安排;
