IHG Recruiting Supervisor 招聘主管 in China

  1. 统筹开展各部门的招聘需求分析、岗位梳理及招聘计划制定与执行;
  2. 负责招聘全流程管理,包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试组织、背景调查、录用决策支持及入职跟进;
  3. 指导并赋能招聘专员团队,优化招聘渠道策略,提升人岗匹配效率与候选人体验;
  4. 定期分析招聘数据(如到岗率、周期、渠道效能等),输出招聘效能报告并提出改进建议;
  5. 协同用人部门完善人才标准与录用评估机制,支撑组织人才梯队建设。

  6. 大专及以上学历,人力资源管理、酒店管理或相关专业优先;

  7. 具备2年及以上招聘相关工作经验,有团队管理或招聘项目统筹经验者优先;
  8. 熟悉国家劳动法律法规及招聘合规要求,具备较强的招聘实操能力与人才甄别能力;
  9. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、逻辑分析能力及跨部门协作意识;
  10. 熟练使用主流招聘系统(如ATS)、办公软件及常用招聘渠道平台。
