IHG Recruiting Supervisor 招聘主管 in China
- 统筹开展各部门的招聘需求分析、岗位梳理及招聘计划制定与执行；
- 负责招聘全流程管理，包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试组织、背景调查、录用决策支持及入职跟进；
- 指导并赋能招聘专员团队，优化招聘渠道策略，提升人岗匹配效率与候选人体验；
- 定期分析招聘数据（如到岗率、周期、渠道效能等），输出招聘效能报告并提出改进建议；
协同用人部门完善人才标准与录用评估机制，支撑组织人才梯队建设。
大专及以上学历，人力资源管理、酒店管理或相关专业优先；
- 具备2年及以上招聘相关工作经验，有团队管理或招聘项目统筹经验者优先；
- 熟悉国家劳动法律法规及招聘合规要求，具备较强的招聘实操能力与人才甄别能力；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、逻辑分析能力及跨部门协作意识；
- 熟练使用主流招聘系统（如ATS）、办公软件及常用招聘渠道平台。
