IHG PA Supervisor PA主管 in China
- 全面负责酒店公共区域（含大堂、电梯厅、走廊、楼梯间、卫生间、停车场等）的清洁质量与卫生标准执行；
- 制定并落实清洁作业计划、排班安排及日常巡检机制，确保符合国家卫生规范及酒店服务标准；
- 管理和培训清洁团队，监督员工操作规范、安全防护及设备使用，提升整体服务效能；
- 负责清洁物料、设备的申领、保管与合理使用，控制耗材成本，杜绝浪费；
及时响应宾客关于环境卫生的反馈，快速处置突发清洁问题，保障宾客体验。
具备2年以上酒店或大型物业公共区域清洁管理经验；
- 熟悉清洁作业流程、消毒规范及常用清洁设备操作，了解《公共场所卫生管理条例》相关要求；
- 具备基本的团队管理能力、现场督导能力及跨部门协作意识；
- 身体健康，能适应轮班工作安排，无传染病病原携带者限制性要求；
