职位概述 / Position Summary
负责旋转编码器、机械限位开关等产品的机械设计与开发，并承担产品日常维护及工程支持工作。该岗位需要参与新产品开发、现有产品优化、工程文件维护、验证测试支持以及跨职能协作，以确保产品满足性能、质量、制造和交付要求。
Responsible for the mechanical design and development of rotary encoders, mechanical limit switches, proximity switches, and related products, while also supporting sustaining engineering and day-to-day product maintenance. This role participates in new product development, product optimization, engineering documentation, verification and testing support, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure products meet performance, quality, manufacturability, and delivery requirements.
主要工作职责 / Key Responsibilities
负责旋转编码器、机械限位开关、接近开关等产品的新产品机械设计与开发，包括需求分析、方案设计、结构设计、零部件选型、样机制作、设计评审、验证及设计优化。Lead or participate in the mechanical design and development of new products, including rotary encoders, mechanical limit switches, and proximity switches, covering requirement analysis, concept development, structural design, component selection, prototyping, design review, verification, and design optimization.
基于现有产品平台开展产品定制、设计变更和持续优化，提升产品性能、可靠性、可制造性及成本竞争力。Implement product customization, engineering changes, and continuous improvement based on existing product platforms to enhance product performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost competitiveness.
负责生成、更新和维护工程图纸、3D模型、物料清单（BOM）、产品规格、验证计划、测试规范及测试报告等工程文件，确保文件准确、受控并可追溯。Generate, update, and maintain engineering drawings, 3D models, bills of materials (BOM), product specifications, verification plans, test specifications, and test reports, ensuring document accuracy, version control, and traceability.
参与并支持样机验证、性能测试、可靠性测试及失效分析，制定或完善测试方案，分析设计风险并推动问题闭环解决。Support prototype verification, performance testing, reliability testing, and failure analysis; develop or refine test plans; analyze design risks; and drive issue resolution to closure.
作为产品机械技术支持，协助生产团队解决装配、加工、来料、制程及现场应用中的技术问题，支持现有产品的日常维护与持续改进。Serve as the mechanical product expert to support production in resolving technical issues related to assembly, machining, incoming materials, manufacturing processes, and field applications, while supporting day-to-day sustaining engineering and continuous improvement of existing products.
支持质量工程师制定零部件和成品的检验标准，参与质量改进、问题分析及验证确认工作。Support quality engineers in defining inspection criteria for components and finished goods, and participate in quality improvement, root cause analysis, and verification activities.
在设计变更、验证及导入过程中，与供应链、质量、制造、固件/电子等跨职能团队紧密合作，确保项目按计划推进并顺利完成。Work closely with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, quality, manufacturing, firmware, and electronics during design changes, validation, and product introduction to ensure successful project execution and completion.
参与关键零部件和第二来源供应商的技术评估、样件验证及导入工作，以支持供应连续性、质量稳定性和成本优化。Participate in the technical evaluation, sample validation, and introduction of critical components and second-source suppliers to support supply continuity, quality stability, and cost optimization.
任职资格 / Qualifications
机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。English: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
35年机械设计或产品开发相关工作经验；35 years of experience in mechanical design or product development;
熟练使用Creo、SolidWorks、AutoCAD等3D/2D设计软件，能够独立完成结构设计、工程出图和设计变更。
Proficient in Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent 2D/3D CAD tools, with the ability to independently complete structural design, engineering drawings, and design changes.
了解注塑、压铸、机加工等制造工艺Good understanding of manufacturing processes such as injection molding, die casting, and machining.
具备DFMEA/FMEA、设计验证、问题分析与技术文档编写能力。Knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA/FMEA, design verification, problem solving, and technical documentation is required.
具备良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力，能够与跨区域、跨职能团队高效协作。Good written and spoken Chinese and English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.
有旋转编码器、限位开关、接近开关、阀门、执行机构或其他高可靠性机电产品开发经验者优先。English: Experience in the development of rotary encoders, limit switches, proximity switches, valves, actuators, or other high-reliability electromechanical products is preferred.
熟悉核级认证、防爆认证流程优先，如RCC-E、IEEE 382/323相关环境鉴定理念，或ATEX、IECEx、CCC-Ex / Ex GB等防爆认证路径。Familiarity with nuclear-grade certification and explosion-proof certification processes is a strong plus, such as RCC-E and IEEE 382/323-related qualification concepts, or explosion-protection certification routes including ATEX, IECEx, CCC-Ex, and Ex GB.
中文：具备有限元分析（FEA/ANSYS）经验优先。Experience in FEA/ANSYS is preferred.
