IHG Linen & Uniform Room Supervisor 布草&制服房主管 in China
- 负责布草及员工制服的接收、分拣、清点、储存、发放与回收全流程管理，确保账实相符、流转高效；
- 监督布草及制服的清洗、熨烫、修补及报废处理质量，协调外部洗涤供应商并跟进服务标准执行情况；
- 制定并优化布草/制服管理制度、操作流程及安全规范，定期组织岗位培训与现场督导；
- 编制月度布草损耗分析报告及制服申领计划，控制合理库存水平，降低非正常损耗；
配合酒店运营部门完成大型活动、临时增员等特殊场景下的制服保障任务。
具备3年以上酒店或大型服务场所布草/制服房管理经验，熟悉酒店运营体系及后勤保障流程；
- 熟悉布草材质分类、洗涤标准、仓储管理及成本控制方法，具备基础数据分析与报表编制能力；
- 具备良好的组织协调能力、责任心强，能适应倒班及阶段性高强度工作安排；
