IHG Laundry Supervisor 洗衣房主管 in China

  1. 负责洗衣房日常运营管理,包括布草收发、分拣、洗涤、熨烫、折叠、质检及仓储调度等全流程工作;
  2. 制定并执行洗衣房作业标准、操作规程及卫生安全规范,确保符合酒店/物业行业相关质量与环保要求;
  3. 管理洗衣房团队,统筹排班、培训、绩效反馈与基础考核,提升员工操作技能与服务意识;
  4. 监控设备运行状态,协调维保工作,控制水电气及洗涤耗材成本,定期提交运营分析报告;
  5. 对接客房部、餐饮部等使用部门,及时响应布草需求,保障供应时效与品质。

  6. 高中及以上学历,具备3年以上酒店、物业或大型机构洗衣房管理经验;

  7. 熟悉各类布草材质特性、洗涤工艺及设备操作(如全自动洗脱机、烘干机、烫平机等);
  8. 具备基础团队管理能力,责任心强,注重细节,能适应轮班制工作安排;
  9. 持有有效健康证明,无传染性疾病,符合岗位健康安全要求;
