IHG Laundry Supervisor 洗衣房主管 in China
- 负责洗衣房日常运营管理，包括布草收发、分拣、洗涤、熨烫、折叠、质检及仓储调度等全流程工作；
- 制定并执行洗衣房作业标准、操作规程及卫生安全规范，确保符合酒店/物业行业相关质量与环保要求；
- 管理洗衣房团队，统筹排班、培训、绩效反馈与基础考核，提升员工操作技能与服务意识；
- 监控设备运行状态，协调维保工作，控制水电气及洗涤耗材成本，定期提交运营分析报告；
对接客房部、餐饮部等使用部门，及时响应布草需求，保障供应时效与品质。
高中及以上学历，具备3年以上酒店、物业或大型机构洗衣房管理经验；
- 熟悉各类布草材质特性、洗涤工艺及设备操作（如全自动洗脱机、烘干机、烫平机等）；
- 具备基础团队管理能力，责任心强，注重细节，能适应轮班制工作安排；
- 持有有效健康证明，无传染性疾病，符合岗位健康安全要求；
