IHG Housekeeping Coordinator 客房部协调员 in China

  1. 统筹协调客房部日常运营工作,包括客房清洁排班、物资调度及服务质量监督,确保客房服务及时、规范、达标;
  2. 对接前台、工程、布草等相关部门,高效处理客房状态异常、维修需求及紧急客诉,保障客房周转效率与宾客体验;
  3. 负责客房部基础数据记录与汇总,包括清洁完成率、报修响应时效、耗材使用情况等,定期提交运营分析简报;
  4. 协助开展客房服务标准培训与现场带教,支持一线员工提升服务规范性与职业素养;
  5. 严格执行酒店安全、卫生及保密管理制度,妥善保管工作信息,不泄露宾客隐私及内部运营数据。

  6. 高中及以上学历,具备2年以上星级酒店客房部或运营协调类岗位工作经验;

  7. 熟悉客房服务流程、清洁标准及酒店管理系统(如Opera)操作,具备基础数据分析与跨部门沟通能力;
  8. 具备良好的组织协调能力、责任心强,能在多任务并行环境下保持工作准确性和时效性;
  9. 普通话流利,具备基础英语听说能力者优先;
  10. 遵守劳动法律法规,无违法违纪记录,认同酒店服务文化,能适应轮班工作安排。
