IHG Housekeeping Attendant 客房部服务员 in China
- 负责客房的清洁与整理，确保符合酒店卫生与服务标准；
- 按规范补充客房内客用品、布草及消耗品，及时更换脏污布草并送洗；
- 配合客房主管完成日常巡检、报修及临时性服务任务，保障客房运营顺畅；
- 礼貌接待宾客，响应合理服务需求，维护良好客户体验；
严格遵守酒店安全操作规程及职业健康防护要求，妥善使用清洁设备与化学品。
年满18周岁，身体健康，能胜任体力劳动，无法律禁止从事服务业的相关限制；
- 具备基本沟通能力与服务意识，有酒店或物业服务经验者优先；
- 能适应轮班工作制，包括节假日及夜班安排；
- 遵守职业道德与保密义务，尊重不同背景的同事与宾客；
- 无传染病病原携带者就业限制情形（依据《就业服务与就业管理规定》第十九条），乙肝表面抗原携带者不影响录用。
