IHG Hostess / Host 迎宾员（中餐厅） in China
- 负责客户到店时的迎送、引导与等候安排，提供礼貌、专业、一致的前台接待服务；
- 准确记录客流信息及客户特殊需求，及时与相关部门沟通协调，保障服务衔接顺畅；
维护入口区域整洁有序，协助管理现场秩序，配合完成日常运营支持工作。
年满18周岁，具备完全民事行为能力，无法律禁止从业的情形；
- 普通话标准，具备良好的沟通表达能力与服务意识，能适应轮班制工作安排；
- 具备基本的应变能力与团队协作精神，有餐饮、酒店或高端服务业接待经验者优先；
- 身体健康，能胜任站立服务工作，无传染病病原携带者就业限制情形（依据《就业服务与就业管理规定》第十九条）；
- 遵守职业操守，尊重不同民族、性别、宗教信仰及文化背景的客户与同事，无歧视性言行。
