Ralliant Growth Marketing Specialist, STG China in China

POSITIION SUMMARY

This is to look for a Growth Marketing Specialist, taking charge of designing, executing, and optimizing customer-centric, and result-driven marketing events, activations and experiments, in order to drive and unlock growth. This role is required to work closely with sales, product management, regional marketing teams; and meet up with real customers to make true impact. Demand generation and Marketing generated Leads & Funnels are how we measure success.

ESSENTITAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead in event scheduling, planning and execution that are tied with marketing master plan, seeking for ways and experiments to continuously improve campaigns ROI and efficiency

  • Collaborate with internal and external content/design agencies, to develop high-converting landing pages, ads and other digital campaigns, by proactively using AI tools to experiment and improve

  • Manage and improve corporate websites and social media

  • Explore new media, and new approaches to engage and interact with target customers, so as to improve visibility and enhance brand awareness

  • Identify and try new-customer acquisition channels and methodologies

  • Drive marketing experimentation to improve persona-based customer experience with our brand and target new products, in order to improve conversion

  • Manage and coordinate offline marketing activities, including trade shows, customer activations, and channel promotions

  • Coordinate the development of sales enablement tools by leveraging well-established brand value proposition and customer insights

  • Build up KPI dashboards, applying visual management to track results and drive continuous improvement

  • Stay on top of transformative marketing new trends, emerging AI techniques and tools, to build muscle and secure our competitiveness in the long run

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • +2 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in B2B, or technology-related industries.

  • Proven experience in content creation and campaign development

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media; obsession with AI adoption

  • Proficient in MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word); experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus

  • A Plan-Experiment-Learn-Improve mentality, building hypotheses then validating with data

  • A Growth mindset, passionate with making changes and doing things differently

  • Strong project management skills, with influencing power and self-motivation to proactively lead and collaborate in a cross-functional and international organization

  • Good verbal, written, and communication skills in English
