IHG Food & Beverage Service Attendant 餐饮服务员(送餐服务) in China
- 按照酒店服务标准与订单要求,准时、准确地将餐食及配套用品送至指定客房,并完成规范流程;
- 核对订单信息与实际出品一致性,检查餐品温度、包装及餐具完整性,妥善处理顾客现场提出的合理服务需求或简易问题;
- 保持送餐车、保温设备及个人仪容仪表整洁规范;
严格遵守酒店食品安全、隐私保护及客房区域管理规定。
身体健康,无法律禁止从事接触直接入口食品工作的健康禁忌;
- 具备基本沟通能力与服务意识,能清晰表达、耐心倾听,适应轮班制及独立作业场景;
- 能熟练使用酒店内部系统或移动终端接收指令、确认送达,有酒店客房服务、餐饮服务或相关行业经验者优先;
