IHG Food & Beverage Marketing Manager 餐饮市场经理 in China
- 制定并执行餐饮品牌年度市场营销策略,统筹线上线下整合营销活动,提升品牌知名度与市场占有率;
- 负责新品上市推广计划的策划与落地,包括概念包装、渠道联动、媒体投放及效果评估;
- 开展市场调研与竞品分析,定期输出消费者洞察与市场趋势报告,为产品定位与营销决策提供数据支持;
- 管理市场预算,合理分配资源,监控投入产出比(ROI),确保营销费用使用合规、高效;
- 协同销售、运营、产品研发等部门,推动跨部门项目协同,保障营销策略与业务目标一致;
维护与媒体、KOL、第三方服务商等外部合作伙伴关系,确保合作内容合法、健康、符合广告法及行业规范。
本科及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理、食品科学或相关专业优先;
- 具备5年以上快消品或连锁餐饮行业市场营销工作经验,其中至少2年团队管理经验;
- 熟悉餐饮行业市场生态与消费者行为,具备成功主导区域或全国性营销项目的经验;
- 具备优秀的数据分析能力、策略规划能力及跨部门协作能力,熟练使用主流营销分析工具;
- 具备良好的职业素养与合规意识,严格遵守《广告法》《反不正当竞争法》及劳动法律法规,无虚假宣传、歧视性表述或不当商业行为记录;
- 普通话流利,英语可作为工作语言,能高效阅读英文行业资料及开展基础商务沟通。
