IHG Food and Beverage Service Attendant 餐饮服务员(中餐厅） in China
- 负责餐厅/餐饮区域的顾客接待、点单、上菜、结账及餐后整理等全流程服务工作；
- 保持服务区域环境整洁、餐具规范摆放，确保符合食品安全与卫生管理要求；
- 主动响应顾客需求，妥善处理现场咨询与合理服务诉求，提升顾客满意度；
配合团队完成营业前准备、营业中协作及营业后收尾工作，遵守门店运营标准与安全规范。
年满16周岁，身体健康，无法律法规禁止从事餐饮服务的传染性疾病；
- 具备良好的沟通能力与服务意识，能适应轮班及节假日工作安排；
- 有餐饮服务相关经验者优先，接受应届毕业生及无经验者参加岗前培训；
- 遵守职业道德与劳动纪律，无违法违纪记录，能提供合法有效的身份证明材料。
