IHG Demi Chef De Partie 厨师领班(风味餐厅) in China
- 在主厨指导下,负责风味餐厅的备料、制作、出品及质量控制;
- 执行标准化操作流程,确保菜品口味、摆盘、分量符合餐厅标准;
- 管理所辖区域食材申领、库存与损耗,落实食品安全与成本管控要求;
- 协助带教初级厨师,参与岗位技能指导与团队协作;
严格遵守厨房卫生、消防及安全生产规范。
高端餐饮或国际酒店风味餐厅相关工作经验;
- 熟悉厨房设备操作,了解食品安全基本知识(如HACCP、过敏原管理);
- 具备良好沟通能力与团队协作意识,能适应高强度工作节奏;
- 持有有效健康证明及餐饮行业必备从业资质;
