IHG Demi Chef De Partie 厨师领班 in China
- 在厨师长指导下,协助主管进行所辖厨房区域(如热菜、冷菜、面点等)的日常备餐、烹饪及出品质量控制;
- 根据岗位标准操作流程(SOP),确保菜品口味、摆盘、分量符合餐厅出品规范;
- 确保个人经手的所辖区域食材领用、库存盘点及损耗控制,保障食品安全与成本合规;
- 指导并协调本区域初级厨师完成岗位任务,参与团队排班与工作交接;
配合完成食品安全检查、设备维护及卫生清洁等运营支持工作。
具备1年及以上星级酒店或中高端餐饮企业后厨实操经验,熟悉西餐或融合菜系制作流程者优先;
- 具备良好的食品安全意识,了解《食品安全法》及相关操作规范,无违法违纪记录;
- 具备基础团队协作与沟通能力,能适应轮班及节假日工作安排;
- 学历不限,接受过正规烹饪职业教育或具有同等技能水平者均可应聘;
- 不以民族、性别、宗教信仰、婚育状况、年龄(符合法定劳动年龄)、健康状况(非国家规定禁忌岗位)等作为限制条件,符合岗位实际履职要求即可。
