ESSENTITAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Open and close bank account according to new bank solution according treasury management requirement.根据资金管理要求，按照新的银行解决方案开设和关闭银行账户。
Maintain daily treasury reports to monitor cash balance, include cash in hand, cash in bank, bank note and checks, etc.维护每日资金报告，以监控现金余额，包括库存现金、银行存款、银行票据和支票等。
Make payment timely based on payment schedule from AP accountant, and ensure all payments are supported by documentation and authorization consistent with corporate procedures.根据应付账款会计提供的付款时间表，及时进行付款，并确保所有付款均有符合公司流程的文件和授权支持。
Collect Declaration form for foreign currency payment and register on website.收集外币付款申报单，并在网站上登记。
Collect and deposit cash, check and bank note in time. Keeping good record for petty cash and bank accounts.及时收取并存放现金、支票和银行票据。做好零用现金和银行账户的记录。
Check documents for foreign currency payment and bank note acceptance.检查外币支付和银行承兑汇票的文件。
Match bank payment advice with payment list; Prepare bank reconciliation on monthly basis.将银行付款通知与付款清单进行核对；每月编制银行对账单。
Support auditor for treasury issues.为审计员处理财务问题提供支持。
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.会计或金融专业的大学本科学历。
Good knowledge of accounting, including bank payment, treasury management, foreign currency business.精通会计知识，包括银行支付、资金管理、外币业务。
Good operational skills in office software. Familiar with Oracle system is a plus.熟练使用办公软件。熟悉Oracle系统者优先。
Good communication skills for both Chinese and English.中英文沟通技能良好。
Able to work under pressure and comply with strict deadlines.能够在压力下工作，并遵守严格的截止日期。
Open character, able to work in team environment, initiative, honest and have a strong sense of responsibility.性格外向，能在团队环境中工作，积极主动，诚实，责任心强。
