IHG Banquet Service Manager 宴会服务经理 in China
- 全面统筹宴会服务运营，包括婚宴、商务宴请、会议接待等各类大型活动的服务策划、流程设计与现场执行管理；
- 负责宴会服务团队的日常管理、排班调度、服务标准培训及绩效考核，持续提升服务品质与客户满意度；
- 协同销售、餐饮、厨房及工程等部门，确保宴会项目从预订、筹备到落地全过程的高效协同与无缝衔接；
- 监督宴会现场服务质量与安全规范执行，及时处理突发状况，保障宾客体验与运营合规；
参与宴会成本管控，合理配置人力与物料资源，协助完成预算执行与服务效能分析。
大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先；
- 具备5年以上高端酒店或大型餐饮服务场所宴会服务管理经验，有国际品牌酒店工作经验者优先；
- 熟悉宴会服务全流程标准及行业规范，具备较强的现场统筹能力、跨部门协作能力与应急处置能力；
- 具备优秀的沟通表达、团队领导与客户服务意识，能承受高强度工作压力；
- 普通话流利，具备基础英语听说能力，能熟练使用办公软件及酒店管理系统。
