IHG Assistant Restaurant Manager 餐厅副经理(中餐厅） in China
- 协助餐厅经理统筹中餐厅日常运营，包括人员排班、服务质量监督及客户满意度管理；
- 负责前厅与后厨协调沟通，确保服务流程顺畅、出品标准统一；
- 参与员工培训与带教工作，提升团队专业能力与服务意识；
- 执行食品安全、消防安全及卫生管理制度，落实各项合规操作要求；
协助完成经营数据分析、成本控制及营收目标分解与跟进。
大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先；
- 具备3年以上中高端中餐厅一线管理经验，有连锁餐饮品牌工作经验者优先；
- 熟悉中餐服务标准、厨房运作流程及食品安全法规，具备基础财务与数据分析能力；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队管理能力及突发事件处理能力；
- 持有健康证，无传染性疾病病原携带限制情形，符合国家关于餐饮行业从业人员的健康准入规定。
