IHG Assistant Restaurant Manager 餐厅副经理(中餐厅) in China

  1. 协助餐厅经理统筹中餐厅日常运营,包括人员排班、服务质量监督及客户满意度管理;
  2. 负责前厅与后厨协调沟通,确保服务流程顺畅、出品标准统一;
  3. 参与员工培训与带教工作,提升团队专业能力与服务意识;
  4. 执行食品安全、消防安全及卫生管理制度,落实各项合规操作要求;
  5. 协助完成经营数据分析、成本控制及营收目标分解与跟进。

  6. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先;

  7. 具备3年以上中高端中餐厅一线管理经验,有连锁餐饮品牌工作经验者优先;
  8. 熟悉中餐服务标准、厨房运作流程及食品安全法规,具备基础财务与数据分析能力;
  9. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队管理能力及突发事件处理能力;
  10. 持有健康证,无传染性疾病病原携带限制情形,符合国家关于餐饮行业从业人员的健康准入规定。
