IHG All Day Dining Assistant Restaurant Manager 餐厅副经理(全日餐厅) in China
- 协助餐厅经理统筹全日餐厅日常运营,包括人员排班、服务质量督导、顾客满意度管理及现场突发事件处理;
- 负责餐前准备、营业中巡检、餐后复盘等全流程服务标准执行与优化,确保符合食品安全、卫生及品牌服务规范;
- 参与员工培训与带教,协助开展服务技能、产品知识及基础管理能力提升工作;
- 配合完成营收目标分解、成本管控(如物料损耗、人力工时)、销售数据分析及改进措施落地;
协同厨房、酒水、前厅等部门开展跨岗位协作,保障运营顺畅与客户体验一致性。
大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理、餐饮服务等相关专业优先;
- 具备3年以上高端酒店或知名连锁餐饮企业前厅/服务管理经验,其中至少1年担任领班或主管级岗位;
- 熟悉ISO22000或HACCP食品安全管理体系,掌握基本财务报表阅读能力及基础数据分析方法;
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队管理意识与抗压能力,能适应轮班及节假日工作安排;
- 普通话流利,具备基础英语听说能力,可满足日常服务与工作沟通需要。
