We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in the transformation of legacy systems to modern, cloud-based technology platforms. In this position, you will support the design, development, and integration of new platforms that enhance Branch, Client, and Operational systems. You will contribute to strategic initiatives by defining and building solution architectures and integration patterns that align with the product roadmap. This role is instrumental in enabling new digital channels and experiences, ensuring architectural best practices, and building scalable, efficient solutions that support future business growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver cloud-based solutions to support digital transformation and business objectives

• Architect new capabilities and integrate systems across multi-cloud platforms, ensuring efficient data and integration flows

• Guide and mentor teams on architecture, design, and integration of business software across multiple product platforms

• Drive adoption of architectural patterns, design policies, code quality, and performance standards across initiatives

• Collaborate with stakeholders in Product Management, UX, PMO, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security to build strong partnerships

• Promote technical and functional upgrades, enhancements, and best practices in alignment with industry standards

Requirements

• Proven experience leading transformation initiatives from legacy systems to modern cloud-based architectures

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience

• 10+ years of experience designing and building enterprise-scale distributed solutions

• 5+ years of experience in domain modeling, system design, cloud architectures, and integration patterns

• Practical experience with Microservices, REST APIs, distributed caching, event-driven, and streaming frameworks

• Proven expertise in designing scalable, distributed, and secure solutions in cloud environments (preferably Azure)

• Hands-on experience with technologies such as Spring Boot, API Management, event streaming, cloud-native patterns, and/or data modeling, ETL/ELT, and database optimization

• Prior experience in wealth management or financial services is preferred
