Outbound New Customer Acquisition (NCA) Account Executive – Sage 50
The Outbound NCA Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving new revenue through proactive outbound prospecting and disciplined pipeline execution. This role focuses on high-volume activity, fast sales cycles, and strong operational execution to acquire new Sage 50 customers.
Successful NCA AEs are highly organized and data-driven, with strong business acumen and the ability to quickly assess and understand a customer’s business environment and needs. They confidently articulate the business value of Sage 50 solutions, balancing daily activity targets with quality discovery, effective qualification, and consistent deal execution within a repeatable outbound sales motion.
This is a hybrid office environment 3 days a week located in Lawrenceville, GA office
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Creation:
•Execute a high-volume outbound motion (calls, emails, follow-ups) across the assigned lead sources/SDR opportunities to generate pipeline, and book discovery + demos to progress qualified opportunities.
•Consistently prospect for new Sage 50 customers to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.
•Qualify opportunities quickly by understanding customer needs, urgency, and fit.
•Engage multiple stakeholders, including buyers, implementers, and decision makers•
Full Cycle Sales Execution:
•Own the end-to-end sales process from first contact through close.
•Manage license, services, training, and addon sales(Payroll &HR, Expense management, and other ISV) as part of the deal.
•Drive short (30-90 day), efficient sales cycles while maintaining deal quality.
•Expand opportunities by identifying additional use cases or lines of business.
Pipeline & CRM Management:
•Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline hygiene in CRM (Salesforce).
•Updated deal values and notes.
•Actively identify and address stalled or at-risk opportunities.
•Forecast responsibly and support team-level visibility into revenue.
Operational Excellence & Accountability:
•Follow defined outbound workflows, cadences, and sales processes.
•Balance speed with structure to support forecasting accuracy.
•Take ownership of daily execution, activity levels, and results.
•Partner closely with leadership and enablement to improve performance.
MustHave Qualifications:
•1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an outbound or high-velocity environment.
•Proven ability to build a pipeline through outbound prospecting.
•Strong understanding of sales process, pipeline management, and CRM utilization.
•Comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
•Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
Preferred / Nice to Have:
•Experience selling SMB accounting, financial, or SaaS solutions.
•Familiarity with short sales cycles and transactional deal motions.
•Experience working with activity-based goals (calls, talk time, opportunities created).
