MiniMed is building a strong pipeline of sales talent for future Territory Manager opportunities within the United States. This posting allows us to proactively connect with sales professionals who are passionate about improving the lives of people living with diabetes and interested in joining MiniMed when openings become available.

Territory Managers are responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional support for MiniMed diabetes products and services within an assigned territory. They partner closely with healthcare professionals, patients, referral sources, and internal clinical teams to promote diabetes management solutions. These are field-based roles that require strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and the ability to operate independently while collaborating across functions.

Territory Managers will:

  • Promote, sell, and service MiniMed products to physicians, patients, and referral sources through sales calls and educational activities.

  • Implement quarterly sales and market development plans to achieve targets, adapting strategies as needed.

  • Collaborate with Clinical Territory Managers, Diabetes Clinical Educators, and cross-functional teams to educate stakeholders on intensive diabetes management and continuous glucose monitoring.

  • Provide product and therapy technical support to patients, including consultation at staff in-services, physician seminars, and community organizations (ADA, AADE, JDRF, patient support groups).

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and non-clinical buyers to establish a strong business base.

  • Manage territory expenses, inventory, and product returns, and coordinate daily customer support activities as assigned.

  • Capture healthcare professional engagements via Salesforce in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Complete administrative reporting, utilize approved sales collateral, and conduct market research on customers and competitors.

  • Communicate customer feedback and product needs to internal stakeholders (R&D, Operations, Marketing).

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum of three (3) years prior sales experience

Nice to Have

  • Field sales experience highly preferred.

  • Prior medical device, business to business or pharmaceutical sales experience highly preferred.

  • Experience using Salesforce

  • Prior inside sales or field clinical experience with MiniMed.

  • Previous sales award recipient due to strong sales performance (i.e. President’s Club, Rookie of the Year).

  • Strong data analysis, evaluation and problem solving skills.

Field Roles: Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy. In addition, your driving record will be reviewed and will be considered as part of your application. Must be able to drive approximately 100% of the time within assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
