The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-impact Client Partner to spearhead new logo business development . This is a pure growth role—designed for someone who thrives on identifying new opportunities, generating pipeline, and closing high-value strategic deals.
As a Client Partner, you will be the tip of the spear:
Finding untapped opportunities
Opening new doors
Leading consultative conversations
Guiding prospects from first touch through to signature
You'll represent one of the most trusted brands in transformation, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.
What You’ll Do
Own the entire client acquisition lifecycle, including:
Lead generation: Prospecting, outbound outreach, networking, and leveraging your presence in the market
Discovery & problem identification: Understanding and diagnosing clients’ top business challenges
Solution design: Crafting compelling recommendations using FranklinCovey’s content, digital learning platforms, and consulting capabilities
Deal management: Driving the sales cycle end-to-end with precision, pace, and partnership
Closing: Converting complex, high-value opportunities into long-term client relationships
You will collaborate closely with internal experts, consultants and facilitators, and customer success teams to ensure each client achieves transformational outcomes.
About You
You're a consultative, strategic salesperson who loves the hunt just as much as the close. You likely bring:
A strong track record in B2B new business development
Experience selling solutions that impact culture, leadership, talent, or organizational performance
Exceptional ability to ask the right questions and uncover deep-rooted business needs
Comfort navigating enterprise environments and building C-suite relationships
Hunger, curiosity, and a love for creating opportunities where none existed before
