Job Title: SuperintendentJob Description
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee multifamily construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
Maintain project schedules and drive progress to meet milestones.
Ensure work is performed in compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Conduct daily site walks and oversee quality control.
Manage inspections and work closely with inspectors and project teams.
Enforce jobsite safety and company policies.
Communicate effectively with Project Managers, ownership, and trade partners.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Procore.
Experience in materials management.
Strong skills in scheduling and coordinating.
Knowledge of commercial construction.
Experience in ground-up construction.
Understanding of construction safety protocols.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in leading and managing construction teams.
Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $62.50/hr.
