Description
Manage multifamily projects from preconstruction through final turnover Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and change management Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with schedule and budget Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and safety policies

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $62.00/hr.
