⭐ What You’ll Do
Supervise a team of 30–50 production employees
Interview, hire, train, coach, and develop team members
Assign daily work, monitor performance, and support employees in meeting goals
Review work orders and create production schedules that meet customer deadlines
Ensure materials, tools, and supplies are available for each shift
Interpret blueprints, specs, and job orders and communicate instructions clearly
Inspect parts and products to ensure quality standards are met
Troubleshoot issues and guide workers in adjusting machines or processes
Improve workflow, efficiency, and safety through continuous improvement
Maintain accurate time, attendance, and production records
Collaborate with other departments to keep production on track
Support process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methods
Perform additional duties as needed to support the team
⭐ What You Bring
Associate degree or 1–3 years of related supervisory experience
5+ years of manufacturing experience
Experience with scheduling, coaching, and performance management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen , or other continuous improvement tools
Experience in manufacturing supervision, process improvement, or workflow optimization
